Regular readers will know how I suffered at the hands of printer inks dot kwom. However, after the intervention of a nice man called Joe Swift I am delighted to report that only 10 weeks after placing my order a second remanufactured HP78 for my HP DeskJet950c cartridge was delivered and that one actually worked! They didn't even want me to send the duff one back.

Now, if only I'd been patient and hadn't called it a day and got another printer I'd be over the moon...
